Okay so these photo's aren't photographically artistic. But I think they're cool! It's the George Washington monument. I think they did a crap job. It looks nothing like him.
And yes this is taken from the steps outside of the lincoln memorial. The sharp minded of you will notice this from the scene of Forrest Gump where Jenny runs through the pool when Forrest is making a speech at the peace rally. And did you know, the spot I stood on when I took this was the spot Martin Luther King Jr. Made his "I have a Dream" speech? |
